MSc Nursing

MSc Nursing is a postgraduate course that covers theories and principles of nursing and allied sciences.

The aim of this postgraduate program in nursing is to prepare graduates to take on responsibilities as nurse specialists, consultants, educators, and administrators in a wide variety of professional settings.

Admission Terms & Conditions

Candidate should be a Registered Nurse, Registered Midwife, or any equivalent with any State Nursing Registration Council.

The minimum education requirement is passing a B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Hons. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing with minimum of 55% aggregate marks.

The candidate should have undergone a B.Sc. Nursing / B.Sc. Hons. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing in an institution which is recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.

Candidates will have a minimum of one year of work experience after a Basic B.Sc. Nursing. Candidate will have a minimum of one year of work experience before or after Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.

Candidates may be given 5% relaxation of marks for SC/ST.

The candidate shall be medically fit.
